You can request to extend your accommodation stay by submitting the form below. Once you have submitted your request, a member of our team will be in touch shortly to confirm what you need to do next.

Please note - your keycard cannot be updated remotely, you will need to take it to the accommodation office for updating during the following hours:

Lincoln and Boston - Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm

Grantham - Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 1.00pm
