Non-NHS Applicants

If you do not work for, train in or provide healthcare services for the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH) then you may be a non-NHS applicant.  If you are unsure please contact us to discuss.

Our tenancies are for a maximum of 6 months but extensions are available at the end of that period for most occupants.

Keys are issued via the Livvi app which you will need to download onto your smart phone. 

If you do not have a smart phone please contact the accommodation office who will be able to provide you with a key fob. Key fobs must be collected Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.00pm. 

We do not provide bedding.

All of our kitchens are fully furnished with cooking equipment including;

  • Saucepans
  • Cutlery
  • Plates and dishes
  • Glasses and mugs
  • Iron and ironing board

For a full inventory please see the sample tenancy you were sent in your offer email. We do not provide washing up liquid, tea towels or additional bin bags.

Each room is provided with toilet roll at the start of your stay. If you need more during your stay it is your responsibility to buy it.

Standard and three star shared accommodation occupants do not receive a housekeeping service in their room but the communal areas (including the kitchen) are cleaned weekly.

In the one, two and three bedroom family accommodation we do not provide a housekeeping service during your stay.

We do offer a housekeeping service at a small charge for standard shared and family accommodation occupants. Please contact us for more information about this.

Yes, there is the option of free WiFi.
