NHS Applicants

If you are working for, training in or providing healthcare for United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH) you are classed as an NHS applicant.

If you are a doctor you should contact the Trust’s HR department and they will advise if you are eligible and how to claim. If you are a medical student you should contact the undergraduate department.

There is no limit on the length of time you can stay.

Keys are issued via the Livvi app which you will need to download onto your smart phone. 

If you do not have a smart phone please contact the accommodation office who will be able to provide you with a key fob.  If you are unable to attend the office by 4.00pm Monday to Friday to collect your key fob, it will be left at the hospital switchboard.

All our accommodation is centrally located with good transport networks at either Lincoln, Boston or Grantham hospital. Please see the map links below:

Yes - in standard shared accommodation you are provided with sheets, pillows and pillow slips, blankets and towels.

In three star shared accommodation you are provided with sheets, pillows and pillow slips, a duvet, duvet cover and towels.

In the one, two and three bedroom family accommodation you will be provided with sheets, pillows and pillow slips, blankets and towels for each bed.

All of our kitchens are fully furnished with cooking equipment including;

  • Saucepans
  • Cutlery
  • Plates and dishes
  • Glasses and mugs
  • Iron and ironing board

For a full inventory please see the sample tenancy you were sent in your offer email. We do not provide washing up liquid, tea towels or additional bin bags.

Each room is provided with toilet roll at the start of your stay. If you need more during your stay it is your responsibility to buy it.

Standard shared accommodation occupants do not receive a housekeeping service in their room but the communal areas (including the kitchen) are cleaned weekly.

If you are staying in three star shared accommodation, housekeepers will visit 3 times a week. They will change your linen, clean your en-suite and clean your room. This is a contractual obligation and you cannot opt out of this service. The communal areas (including the kitchen) are cleaned weekly.

In the one, two and three bedroom family accommodation we do not provide a housekeeping service during your stay.

We do offer a housekeeping service at a small charge for standard shared and family accommodation occupants. Please contact us for more information about this.

We have a limited number of car parking spaces at our Boston, Lincoln and Grantham sites. Parking spaces are free to use by residents on a first-come first-served basis.

Yes, there is the option of free WiFi.
