Rents as of April 2025

If you stay for three nights or less you are charged our nightly rate.
If you stay for more than three nights then you are charged the cheaper monthly rate for each night that you stay.
This is calculated by dividing our monthly rate by the number of nights in the month that you stay.
So for example, if you stay for seven nights in May in our standard shared accommodation, you would be charged £723.48/ divided by 31 (the number of nights in May) x 7 (the number of nights you stayed)

Standard shared accommodation and three star shared accommodation rent includes; council tax, heating, lighting and water.
Internet access is also included.
One, two and three bedroom family accommodation rent does not include council tax (this should be paid directly to the local authority), heating, lighting or water (these may be payable either to Progress Living or your choice of utility company. Further information regarding payment of utility bills will be provided on request.)
Internet access is included.

In order to secure your booking you must pay any rent and any deposit due at least five days before you are due to move in.  Until payment is received your booking is not confirmed.

Your rent is due on the first day of each month. You must ensure the payment is received by Progress Living by this date.

No, we do not send invoices or reminders. If your stay is for more than three months you should pay your rent either by deduction from your salary (if you are salaried by the Trust) or by direct debit.

If you receive utility bills from Progress Living these should be paid within seven days.

  • If you pay by salary deduction your payslip will indicate the amount taken
  • If you pay by direct debit it will show on your bank statement
  • If you make a payment to us by card you will be sent a receipt to the email address you gave us.

We are not able to reissue receipts for card payments - for proof of payment for card payments we can issue a rent statement for your rent account which will show all payments received.

Deposits are payable for anyone staying in the one, two and three bedroom family accommodation and for anyone who is not working, training or providing healthcare for United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH).
